Managing Chiropractic Generation
From the voice of …… Elizabeth McDonald
By now you have read my teaching/singing/consulting bio so you know all about that part of my work. But what else do I do?
To reach MY personal, financial, and family goals, I spend time on work beyond my teaching.
Since moving to Prince Edward County (where I grew up) I have co-owned Chiropractic Generation with my husband, Dr. Stephen Lippitt. I have been in and out of the daily work over the years jumping in when needed. Currently, I am at the practice 3 days per week managing our patient experience. I also work on our practice systems (the how-to-get-it-done part) and marketing and social media.
One of the major points that Emily and I preach with our em2CONNECT work is being FLEXIBLE in our work. This looks different for everyone meaning, there is not ONE WAY to go about your work. I often write about these topics and others in our regular newsletter.
Recent topics include:
Perfectionism (find the newsletter here)
Asking for Letters of Recommendation (find the newsletter here)
Creating Art vs. Consuming Art (find it here)
The Responsibility of Mentorship (find it here)
Grant Writing - it’s not all good news (find it here)
The em2CONNECT newsletter explores all the topics of being flexible in our careers
